  • Pravika Jewels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

2. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location and shipping partner performance.

  • Pravika Jewels is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping updates and tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

3. 🔄 Return & Exchange

  • No return or exchange is allowed for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the product is received damaged, and:

    • A valid unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of delivery.

    • The exchange request is raised within 7 days.
