1. Shipping Methods and Times:

  • We offer standard shipping through trusted logistics partners Shiprocket and Delhivery.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location of the delivery.

2. International Shipping:

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to India.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000.

  • For orders below ₹1000, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include additional charges at checkout.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link will be provided. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your package in real time.

5. Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Please double-check your address before confirming the order. Pravika Jewels is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, festivals, or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed and assist you in resolving issues promptly.

7. Return/Replacement Due to Shipping Issues:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Video proof is mandatory at the time of unboxing to verify the issue.

  • You must report the issue within 2–3 days of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will take appropriate action promptly, including re-shipment or resolution.

9. Taxes:

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 3% GST.
