🔄 Return & Exchange Policy | Pravika Jewels

At Pravika Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece of jewellery is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, we understand that damages can occasionally occur during transit.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered

  • Dislike of the design after delivery

All purchases are final. Please ensure you review product details and sizing before placing your order.

🔁 Returns (Only for Damaged Products)

Returns are only allowed if the product is damaged, either due to:

  • A manufacturing defect, or

  • Damage during shipping/delivery.

To request a return, you must:

  1. Record a full unboxing video — from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video must be uninterrupted and unedited.

  2. Send the video within 24 hours of receiving the order.

❗ No return requests will be accepted without valid video proof or after 24 hours.

Once approved, you will be asked to return the item, and the return process may take up to 20 days to complete.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for damaged products, under the same conditions as returns:

  • A valid unboxing video is required.

  • Video must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    ❗ No exchange will be accepted after 7 days.

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Free from any wear or tear

The customer may be required to ship the item back. Instructions will be provided after the video is reviewed and the claim is approved.

📝 Important Notes

  • All return/exchange requests are subject to approval after verification.

  • In case of approval, the return or exchange will be processed within 20 working days.

  • No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

  • Pravika Jewels reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy terms.
